Also, please call the clinic when you get into the parking lot to let us know you are here. We will instruct you from there as to what you need to do.
We at Animal Hospital of West Nashville are, as always, focused on helping to keep your pet healthy. We are also mindful of COVID-19 precautions as we continue to see patients. Virus-minded cleaning, appropriate ‘social distancing’ and common sense are being practiced at our clinic as we continue to offer medical care to your furry family members. We may not shake your hand but we’re still glad to see you and happy to provide service! Please call in advance to schedule as always. When you arrive in the parking lot, please call and let us know you are here. We will then give you instructions as to how to proceed. If you are picking up a pet or supplies, we will come out to your vehicle. Going forward, Dr Burgess will also be available for phone consults, virtual exams or house calls as needed.
